🚫 Important Rules for Round 3 Participants

1️⃣ No Withdrawal Allowed After Round 3 Admission

Students who are allotted and take admission in Round 3 will not be allowed to withdraw their seats under any circumstances.
Hence, apply only if you are sure about joining the allotted college.

2️⃣ Ineligibility for Spot Counselling (Round 4)

As per the latest notification:

“Candidates who have been admitted in Round 1, Round 2, or Round 3 under any state quota shall not be eligible for Spot Counselling (Round 4).”

👉 Meaning — once you’ve accepted a seat in any earlier round (in Odisha or any other state), you cannot participate in the final Spot Round.

This is to ensure transparency and prevent seat blocking.

⚠️ MCMF Counsellor’s Advice

✅ Double-check your eligibility before registering.
✅ Fill choices strategically — once you lock, changes can’t be made.
✅ Only register if you’re confident about joining; withdrawal isn’t permitted.
✅ Keep soft copies of all documents ready (PDF format under required size limits).
✅ Don’t delay reporting — missing the deadline leads to seat cancellation.

💬 Pro Tip: Always check for seat additions or updated cut-offs just before choice filling. New colleges or seats may be added after MCC adjustments.
